Mental Health Perspectives (PSP) is a non-governmental organization established in 2000 in Vilnius, Lithuania. PSP works in the field of mental health and human rights and has over 19 years of experience in project management. For this time, PSP has managed and implemented more than 60 national and international projects in the field of human rights and mental health.
PSP promotes human rights and deinstitutionalization of mental health services, and monitors this process in Lithuania, as well as in other Post-Soviet countries (such as Belarus, Ukraine and Georgia). PSP is the leader of promoting modern biopsychosocial approach to mental health in Lithuania actively engaging in creation of mental health literacy programmes and making trainings on emotional wellbeing.
